Clearing Your Browser's CacheBefore proceeding, please note that if you have stored passwords or email addresses on other sites for a quick login process, clearing your browser's cache will temporarily erase them and you will need to re-enter the information next time you visit the sites. NOTE: Other browsers other than Internet Explorer can be set using a similar method. 1) In the upper left corner of your browser window, go to "Tools" and select "Internet Options." (see figure below) ![]() 2) In the general section, click on "Delete Cookies". ![]() 3) Click "Okay" when prompted. Please wait in that this may take a bit of time depending on how full the cache is. Once it is completed, please try to login again. If the login is still unsuccessful and you receive no error message, please go on to step 4. ![]() 4) Click on "Delete Files" ![]() 5) Check the box marked "Delete all offline content" and then click "Okay." ![]() If you are still having trouble logging in after clearing your browser's cache, please submit a Lost Login request on the Member Area login page so we can check your information and membership status. |
