About Barbara Crofut, Long Beach's Support Group Co-Leader

Barbara is a retired high school secretary currently working on earning her certification to become a Spiritual Healing Touch practitioner. She also volunteers at a woman's shelter and sings with two choral groups. She is the proud mom of 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren and which keeps her "hopping". She finds that her yoga, swim classes and walking helps her stay physically active and energetic.



About Frances Tomich, Long Beach's Support Group Co-Leader

Frances is a retired Dietetic Technician from a critical care hospital. She is a certified Health Touch practitioner who is working on her advanced Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry certification. Frances is also a Reiki master.
