The Metabolic Institute: Blending State-of-the-Art Technology with the Way Medicine Used to Be. The program will present enhancing health with balance and harmony using Functional Medicine. Functional Medicine is the gentle adjustment of physiological and metabolic imbalances using natural therapies and fundamental approaches to restore harmony to the body.

About Joan Polzin, Spokane's Support Group Leader

Joan is a retired teacher in Spokane. She travels in her motorhome to state and national parks to renew with nature. Other joys are meeting new people, gardening, attending plays, creating cards, singing in her church choir, aerobics, reading, and having fun with friends and family. She is actively involved in Delta Kappa Gamma, Key Women Educators International; her church, and Friendship Force.
