Posted on: 3/24/08

In the FDA Drug Safety Newsletter for Winter, 2008, the agency states that safety reviews of the TNF-a Inhibitors, "infliximab (Remicade), etanercept (Enbrel), and adalimumab (Humira) identified rare cases of serious skin reactions."

The newsletter goes on to say that, "The presenting signs and symptoms of the serious skin reactions were mainly rash and skin lesions on the trunk, legs, arms, shoulder, back, hands, and face."
