The majority of patients receiving anti-TNF therapy for AS during routine care demonstrated an improvement in disease activity

A study published in the journal Rheumatology states that patients with "Raised inflammatory markers at the start of [TNF-a Inhibitor] therapy" had greater improvement in regards to disease activity.

Overall, the authors write that, "The majority of patients receiving anti-TNF therapy for AS during routine care demonstrated an improvement in disease activity."
