Dear AS patient,
ASAS (Assessment of Spondyloarthritis International Society) is developing an index for measuring health and functioning in patients with AS. We are asking you to participate in developing this questionnaire by giving us information on your health status and the impact of AS on functioning. Please use the link below to respond to 66 items in addition to questions regarding your disease and health status. This is a collaborative effort of members of ASAS in 6 countries all over the world. We will collect the data anonymously.
