Spondylitis Awareness Month is in full swing and we wanted to highlight a few awareness events that are coming up this week! The following are all planned by SAA members for this Saturday, April 28th in different parts of the country.
The mother-daughter team of Shawna Snider-Connelly & Tina Lundquist from Fremont, IN have planned the "Cure Ankylosing Spondylitis Walk" to take place in Angola, IN. Joe Eder from Shakopee, MN is running a 10k race for spondylitis awareness in Minneapolis, MN. Joe is raising funds for SAA, as well as raising awareness during the race by including SAA's logo on his running outfit - along with a catchy phrase to grab attention!

And finally, William & Michelle Thies from Caldwell, ID are participating in their local Arthritis Walk to raise spondylitis awareness in honor of their son, Zach Thies, who was diagnosed with AS two years ago.
