The Spondylitis Association of America and certified yoga therapist, Nancy O'Brien, C-IAYT, present “Mind Body Approaches to Fatigue and Brain Fog,” an educational webinar featuring a bonus guided meditation. During this hour-long webinar, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the causes of fatigue in chronic illness, and be guided in:
-Calming, mindful breathing practices
-Gentle, supported, mindful movements
-Relaxing visualizations and meditations
